App to aid formulators
DuPont Tate & Lyle Bio Products has launched their new smartphone application for cosmetic formulators. The app features technical information, sample formulations, recorded webinars and news about Zemea propanediol. Users will have the ability to create collections of their favourite documents, store them offline, and email multiple documents directly from the app. In addition, new formulation technique video clips will be released monthly providing insights to cosmetic scientists solving today’s industry challenges.
Innovation award at PCHi
Coptis won the PCHi Fountain Award 2018 in the category Product/ Technology at the Personal Care and Cosmetics Innovation at PCHi exhibition in Shanghai, China. The Fountain Award rewards technology innovation in the industry.
25th anniversary celebrated
Symrise introduced the cosmetic raw material Hydrolite 5 back in 1992. Hydrolite 5 is pentylene glycol, a 1,2alkanediol that had a big impact on the market of cosmetic ingredients. The versatile substance is well suited for broad use in cosmetic products.
