Fitz Chem has announced the commissioning of the Itasca Innovation Lab (I2L) which will provide technical service and applications support to its Personal Care and HI&I Customers in North America.
As part of the Nagase Group, Fitz Chem’s centrally located lab in Itasca, IL will complement a global network of technical facilities including Okayama, Japan (New Product Creation & Applications Development) and Lyon, France (Applications Development).
“The evolution of our Care business continues with this significant investment as we harness the power of our parent company, Nagase, to bring added services and capabilities to our customers while also coformulating with leading efficacious ingredients,” said Don Deihs, President of Fitz Chem.
The lab is equipped with an array of resources to rapidly resolve customer issues in formulation or test the efficacy of ingredients.
