L’Oréal’s recent launch of Seed Phytonutrients is the latest foray of multinationals in the natural & organic cosmetics market. Unilever has also launched the Love, Beauty and Planet brand in the last 12 months. Both brands are looking to capitalise on consumer demand for ‘clean beauty’ products.

Clariant and its Active Ingredients business unveiled new data confirming the effectiveness of food-origin plant extracts active BioDTox in activating the skin’s natural detoxification process, controlling sebum and cleansing pollutants on the skin so that they can be easily eliminated. Increased shareholding in device company
Croda International Plc has announced they will be increasing their minority shareholding in the multi-award-winning technology and digital device company Cutitronics Ltd. Following the investment, Croda will remain a minority shareholder.
