Sharon Personal Care has been renamed Eternis Personal Care with immediate effect, marking the completion of its integration with its Mumbai, India-based parent company.
Eternis Fine Chemicals acquired 100% of Israeli cosmetic ingredients maker Sharon in November 2024.
Eternis Personal Care’s portfolio, produced across manufacturing sites in Italy, India, and the UK, includes active ingredients, innovative textures and functional ingredients, broad-spectrum preservative systems, solutions for wet wipes and sun care, and multifunctional ingredients designed to support next-generation personal care formulations.

Eternis Personal Care will continue to operate alongside Eternis Aroma Chemicals as a dedicated business unit serving the personal care industry.
