French cosmetic actives maker Silab has published Actively Caring 2030, its new five-year CSR (corporate social responsibility) roadmap.
The company has identified nine strategic priorities related to its activity, divided into 47 measurable mastery or improvement objectives, all followed annually.
Through this programme, Silab’s commitment regarding sustainable development relies on a balance between three pillars - profit, people, planet - respectively aiming to create sustainable value, get involved with the company’s ecosystem players, and limit its impact on the environment.
Jean-Philippe Cosson, Silab’s general manager in charge of CSR, said: “Actively Caring 2030 addresses with ambition and responsibility our priorities, displays our commitments, promotes our collective initiatives, and enables us to measure the improvement trajectory of our impacts.
“There is no doubt that our teams and partners will have the motivation and skills to implement and facilitate this roadmap.”
