Silab will once again exhibit at in-cosmetics Asia

Silab will present Neolipyl, a repairing natural active ingredient derived from cornflowers targeting lipid disorders of dry skin

By leveraging its dual expertise in omics technologies (lipidomic study) and optical biopsies, Silab has developed an unprecedented modelling study to establish the lipid signature of dry skin: the results demonstrate weakened composition and structure of the lipid matrix.

Tested on this model, Neolipyl re-equilibrates the lipid matrix of dry skin by acting on both its composition and structure. These effects translate into a rapid, niacinamide-like efficacy observed on Caucasian and Asian dry skin as early as 14 days of twice-daily application: microrelief is smoothed, and skin hydration and comfort are improved.

In addition, combined with retinol on normal skin, it limits the adverse effects of this molecule and supports its cosmetic benefits. It is therefore a genuine lipid restructuring agent and a natural partner of retinol.
