Barcelona-based Vytrus Biotech has achieved 100% natural origin content in its entire portfolio of active ingredients according to ISO 16128, which determines the natural, organic or natural/organic content of a cosmetic based on the characterisation of the ingredients.
Compliance with ISO 16128, the firm said, “is one of the main keys to guaranteeing natural cosmetics and allows Vytrus to offer great transparency to the consumer and homogeneity in the market”. In addition, all of its active ingredients are COSMOS-certified and its raw materials are toxic-, GMO- and palm oil-free.
