Cornelius through the ages at SCS Formulate

Speciality chemicals distributor and manufacturer, Cornelius Group, is attending SCS Formulate, the UK’s largest event of its kind. Cornelius has an extensive portfolio of speciality products for the care products market, with operations in UK, France, Poland and Russia, and global sourcing offices in China and India.

At SCS Formulate, Cornelius will be showcasing its latest innovative personal care products via its theme ‘Through the Ages’ in celebration of the company’s 80th anniversary. With ideas and solutions for Mother & Baby, Cheeky Children, Teen Time, Trendy Twenties, Fab at Forty and the Swinging Sixties, Cornelius will be demonstrating five formulations for each stage of life and celebrating its anniversary at the same time.

In the run up to the show, the Cornelius creative laboratory will be presenting the first of the six themes: Mother and Baby. With the focus for this group of formulations being mild, with gentle ingredients for the most delicate skin, Cornelius uses high quality raw materials from the list of approved market leading manufacturers. 

Showcasing innovative concepts specifically designed with both mother and baby in mind, the ‘hero’ of this lineup is the No Tears Self Foam Shampoo, which can be used straight from the dispenser, no lathering necessary. The product features a pump dispenser to enable parents to wash their baby’s hair one-handed, without having to pre-lather. Of course, all the ingredients selected are very mild and gentle, suitable for babies. 

As part of the ‘Cheeky Children’ theme, the Cornelius star product solution is the bubble gum body wash. Bath time should not be boring and this body wash starts life as a viscous liquid but evolves into a mouldable putty during bath time play, finally producing a ultra-mild foam when washing. Featuring 11 ingredients, it is SLES free and packed with moisturising bio lipids.
