Nagase Specialty Materials North America is to integrate into Nagase America effective 1 April.
The aim of the integration is to strengthen its position in the US specialty chemicals market with improved efficiency and heightened service.
Nagase America established Nagase Specialty Materials NA in 2020, merging Nagase America’s Chemicals and Life Sciences divisions with Fitz Chem Corporation, which it acquired in 2017.
“This integration shows that Nagase's resources are completely unified. The goal is to improve operational efficiency,” the company said in a statement.
“This will help them provide specialized materials and solutions with greater effectiveness. It will fortify their distribution network,” it added.
“They can focus on business development by actively pursuing new opportunities and partnerships to address your specific needs.”
