Organic active for hair care

The agent is rich in behenic acid and is extracted from Pentaclethara macroloba Will, a plant of the Amazon Rain Forest. The oil of the plant is traditionally used by local people for hair and body treatment.

With its rich composition, the new ingredient promotes conditioning action, and softness feel. It improves and facilitates hair combing and increases hair shine with a continuous film formation.

It also helps to promote a greater viscosity in emulsions, assisting stabilisation and being compatible with other cationic agents. Beracare BBA is quaternary free and non-comedogenic.
