Surfachem has officially opened its new formulation laboratory within the 3M Buckley Innovation Centre within the University of Huddersfield, UK. The company had been active there since 2014. Mottie Kessler, CEO and chairman of parent company 2M, was among those present to showcase formulation demonstrations within the personal care and other laboratories
“This larger facility will allow our team of experts to conduct extensive research and development, take on more projects, and support customers, both existing and new,” Surfachem said. During the past year, the lab team has created over 700 formulations, including water(less) and fermentation concepts.
