Lipoid Kosmetik has entered into a strategic distribution partnership with Omya for the US market, effective 1 January.
Through its Newark, New Jersey-headquartered subsidiary, Lipoid Inc., the Swiss company will collaborate closely with Omya, a highly experienced distributor with a strong track record in the US personal care market.
The maker of premium botanical actives, sustainable extracts, and phospholipid-based technologies said the partnership marks a significant milestone in its global growth strategy.
