UK fragrance house CPL Aromas has partnered with Plant Lipids to support the renovation and upgradation of the Government Higher Primary School in Kelasuru, Gundlapet Taluk, India.
This initiative is part of a broader commitment to sustainability, education, and community empowerment.
The school, which serves children from the surrounding rural communities, was in urgent need of infrastructure improvements.
Many of its facilities—including classrooms, toilets, and kitchen—were either damaged or in disrepair, limiting the quality of education and safety for students.
The project, already underway, includes the renovation of smart classrooms, construction of new boys’ and girls’ toilet blocks, upgrades to the kitchen and hand wash areas, and the addition of a new stage and play equipment.
“These improvements are designed to create a safe, inspiring, and dignified space for learning—restoring not just infrastructure, but also pride and opportunity for the local community,” said a spokeswoman.
“This collaboration reflects both companies’ shared values of social responsibility and long-term impact,” she added.
“The project has already mobilized local stakeholders and is progressing steadily, with several areas completed and others in active development.”
