Vantage Specialty Ingredients has said Serge Rogasik will be joining Vantage as the new senior executive vice president sales & marketing for Personal Care.
In this leadership role, Serge will be responsible for leading and growing the Personal Care Business, including strategy development and implementation, sales, product marketing, and application development.
Serge has general management experience in multinational chemical and biotech organisations. He has over 20 years of successful experience in a broad range of industries including over 15 years in personal care, with significant international commercial experience in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
