NCD Ingredients is now a distributor of high value cosmetic ingredients from the Italian company Variati in Germany and Austria.
Variati Specialties include antibacterial, moisturiser and emollient actives. Silk and keratin based products and various further hydrolysed proteins complete the product portfolio.
Especially noteworthy are the antibacterial products based on usnic acid salts (Evosina, Biostat) as well as Vari Stan PE obtained from the fruit of Garcinia mangostana. These antibacterials are ideal for deodorants and for products to treat acne or inflammation prone skin. Hydroveg VV and Hydroveg R are very well suited to moisturise the skin. They were developed taking into account the Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF) and they show high efficacy to restore damaged skin, moisturising the skin at the same time.
Avogelia is an emollient based on avocado oil. It has emulsifying as well as moisturising properties. The silk and keratin products and the various hydrolysed proteins are very well suited for hair care and toiletries applications.
