Legance is the latest active ingredient launched by Sederma, and is designed to fight against leg discomfort and premature ageing. By inhibiting the inflammatory phenomena leading to lipid storage and water retention, Legance restores a more dynamic circulation in the legs and relieves the sensation of tiredness.
Two substantial in vivo studies, one based on 24 volunteers and another one on 27 volunteers and conducted by a phlebologist, have demonstrated Legance’s efficacy for slender legs and ankles, attenuated spider veins and relaxed legs. The mechanism of action was elucidated thanks to extensive in vitro tests. Finally, Legance is based on a vegetal extract of Zingiber zerumbet obtained by supercritical CO2, an eco-friendly production method.
