Lipotec has announced the establishment of a subsidiary for the Australian and New Zealand markets, Lipotec Pty. Ltd., in line with the company’s strategy to build direct in-house distribution and in accordance with the growing customer area demands.
Based in Sydney and effective immediately, Lipotec Pty. Ltd. will assume responsibility on an exclusive basis for the distribution of Lipotec’s products in Australia and New Zealand. The new subsidiary will serve as the company’s sustainable direct-to-partner office for sales and technical support in the area and will be managed by Mr. Albert Calvillo, until recently area sales manager at Lipotec’s Asia office in Singapore.
