Greentech has announced details of Protectol, a new soothing active recommended for specialised skin care.
The active is designed to reduce skin reactivity in relation to various forms of aggression, and to regulate and inhibit inflammatory processes.
Protectol is said to contribute to: a reduction in inflammation mediators’ enzymes production, a decrease in inflammation due to UV rays, soothing of the epidermis, and a decrease in stinging feeling. The active is recommended for sensitive and reactive skin care, acneic skin care, irritated scalp care, sun and after-sun care, and anti-mosquito soothing care.
