The new product, N-Hance HPCG 1000 cationic guar, is reported to bring a silky and moisturising feel to bath and shower gel formulations. “Our research shows that people who used a bath or shower gel with N-Hance HPCG 1000 cationic guar reported a higher level of skin feel satisfaction when compared to gels without N-Hance HPCG 1000 cationic guar,” said Dianne Leipold, global new product leader, personal care, Ashland Aqualon Functional Ingredients. Formulators in the personal care industry, particularly those involved with skin care products, will find that the product contributes significant wet slip to formulations.
