Heinz-Juergen Bertram has been appointed as chief executive officer of the flavours and fragrances manufacturer Symrise AG. He succeeds Gerold Linzbach who, for personal reasons, has not asked for his contract to be renewed.
He is leaving Symrise by mutual consent after four successful years at the helm of the company. Heinz-Jürgen Bertram has had a number of roles in the Symrise organisation and has been a member of the executive board of Symrise AG since October 2006.
