ISP Personal Care has formed a unit, from within its global personal care research and development and technical service capability,
that is designed to discover, develop and deploy next generation technology for the personal care sector. Called the AVANT Institute, this new unit combines ISP’s capabilities in molecular science material science and analytical science with its development resources for applications. The AVANT Institute takes as its model the research and development efforts that were pioneered in its Vincience range of biofunctional ingredients and has broadened the scope to other areas in skin care, and to hair care, sun care and oral care.
