Personal Care magazine Editor Tim Probert attended the 35th IFSCC Congress in Cannes, France.
Speakers included representatives from L'Oreal, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Helena Rubinstein, BASF, Evonik, Proya Cosmetics, as well as leading European academic institutions.
Copies of the special 25th anniversary August issue and September issue, and the latest Little Books were available for attendees to collect as part of Personal Care magazine's media partnership with the Congress.
