Provital has appointed Marcin Siekierski as its new managing director of Provital Polska, effective immediately, following the planned retirement of Maciej Siekierski.
Founded over two decades ago by Maciej Siekierski, who will step down in mid-October, Provital Polska has become one of the most respected and trusted distributors of natural active ingredients for cosmetics in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Baltic countries.
The Spanish company said his visionary leadership and entrepreneurial drive have laid the foundations for the company’s solid reputation and long-term success.
Under his guidance, Provital Polska established itself as a benchmark in the Central and Eastern European cosmetics market.
Marcin Siekierski, who now takes over the role, has been an integral part of the company since 2006.
With an MSc in Commodity Science, postgraduate studies in cosmetic chemistry, and an executive MBA, he brings both scientific expertise and business insight to the position.
Over the past 19 years, Marcin has led the sales and marketing team, playing a key role in expanding Provital Polska’s presence across the region.
