Fragrance house Iberchem, which is now part of Croda, has launched a new facility in Campinas, Brazil. This is its third production centre in Latin America and the group’s 24th facility globally. Thaissa Soares, previously operation director at Drom Fragrances, has been recruited to head it.
Covering 4,500 m2, the centre includes a production plant, a creative centre and sampling labs, plus a commercial office. The company said that it “highlights the business synergies between Iberchem and Croda’s Consumer Care business”, with complementary operations that will enable customers to access the full range of ingredients and technologies from both.
