Partnership for Lipoid and Cosmetochem

Cosmetochem International Ltd and Lipoid GmbH have announced that they have formed a partnership to develop and promote their raw materials in to the personal care industry.

This agreement will allow both companies to draw on the expertise of the other in order to optimise their R&D and maximise their sales growth worldwide. Dr Olaf Marks will remain a member of the board of directors of Cosmetochem and Dr Herbert Rebmann has been appointed CEO of Cosmetochem.

Dr Rebmann is a pharmacist. He has extensive experience in the development and production of botanical extracts and the activity from plants. He has been a director of Lipoid GmbH for many years.
