Troy Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of DBM Blending B.V. of Moerdijk, The Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Included in the acquisition is a manufacturing facility near Rotterdam, The Netherlands. “Troy is experiencing unprecedented growth,” said W. Brian Smith, executive vice president & chief operating officer of Troy Corporation. “This acquisition enhances Troy’s manufacturing capabilities,” continued Smith, “which further extends the company’s ability to meet the needs of customers in Europe and worldwide, as well as provide them with more of the advanced technologies they have come to expect from Troy.”
