Study shows female alopecia efficacy

Hair loss is often considered a male issue. However 30% to 40% of the female population is also affected. It often starts after menopause but can also be premature hair loss due to styling, dyeing, stress, or an unbalanced diet. It takes the form of a diffuse alopecia over the mid-frontal scalp.

Procapil from Sederma has proved its efficacy over time in supporting and enhancing hair length and fullness for men. Sederma now unveils a new study conducted on a female panel experiencing hair loss. The results after 4 months are self-evident as shown in the photographs (right).
