Greentech will launch a new global photoprotector at incosmetics Asia stand G11 called Soliberine, a real innovation in protection against light radiation (UV, IR, blue light).
Soliberine is derived from Buddleja officinalisflowers, or butterflybush, found in the Chinese province of Sichuan. Selected for its exceptional richness in phenylpropanoids, the purified fraction of the flower is highly concentrated in verbascoside and echinacoside, ideal radiation shields.
Soliberine acts against all damage caused by solar rays to prevent photoageing, by preserving skin barrier integrity, reducing free radical production, inhibiting hyperpigmentation, limiting acute (erythema) and chronic inflammation. Soliberine also prevents ExtraCellular Matrix (ECM) degradation and premature ageing.
The new ingredient helps to preserve the youthful appearance of skin, reducing inflammation, redness and premature wrinkles caused by sun exposure.
