A deal has been announced for Croda International Plc to acquire Uniqema, a division of ICI, for a total consideration of £410 million on a cash and debt free basis.
Croda acquires Uniqema
Uniqema is a global manufacturer and supplier of base oleochemicals and specialities used as additives in a wide variety of consumer care markets. The directors of Croda believe that the acquisition will enable the creation of an enhanced global platform from which to pursue growth opportunities.
