Name change announced

Patrick Williams, president and CEO said: “We realised some time ago that this business segment name was confusing for our customers and did not accurately reflect the products manufactured and sold by this business.  Active Chemicals has a specific meaning in several of our industries sectors, and we have therefore decided to make this change to make the purpose of our products clearer to the customers we serve. This does not in any way change the structure of the company, or the way in which we serve our customers – it is no more than an appropriate change of name for this business segment.”
