UK personal care ingredient distributor ProTec has promoted Kevin Cousins to the role of group managing director, effective 2 October.
Cousins, who is currently managing director of ProTec Ingredia, will oversee the running of all UK ProTec businesses, INB in Germany and the Americas, and ProTec Ingredia Polska.
The day-to-day running of the individual businesses will remain with the current managing directors: Gary Parker for ProTec Nutra, Dean Lockton for ProTec Botanica, Tomasz Piotrowski for ProTec Ingredia Polska and Birgit Haemel for ProTec Ingredia GmbH.
Cousins will remain managing director of ProTec Ingredia in the UK.
He has been with the group since ProTec Ingredia launched in 2011, firstly as sales director.
Prior to 2011, Cousins was sales director of Chesham Speciality Ingredients.
