Preparation:
In side kettle: Phase A: Weigh water, then under mixing, add other ingredients and continue to mix for 15-30 min. Add phase B to phase A and heat to 75-80°C. Add part C to combined phases AB at 75-80°C. In main kettle (equipped with homogeniser): Weigh phase D. Heat to 75-80°C under homogenisation. Micro-pulverise phase E, and add to phase D. Mix until dispersed. Add phase F to combined phases DE and mix well. Add phases ABC to phases DEF at 75-80°C under homogenisation. Mix for 15 min. Cool to 60°C add phase G, mix for 10 min. Cool to 25°C.
