Preparation:

  1. Calculate the exact weight of each ingredient required for making 200g of the total formulation.
  2. Charge the pre-weighted water into a 200-mL beaker and preheat to 60°C.
  3. Add Arquad 16-50 into the water and mix well.
  4. Slowly feather Elfacos CD 481 into the water until dissolved with rapid agitation. Continue heating the solution to 70°C.
  5. Pre-melt Cetearyl Alcohol and add into Part A with moderate agitation for 10 minutes.
  6. Cool the formulation to 40°C and add Part C with continuous agitation.
