Preparation:
Procedure Disperse Xanthan Gum and Hydroxyethyl cellulose into warm water until homogeneous dispersion. Melt phases A and B to 70°C. Add phase A to phase B and homogenize for 5 minutes. Cool down slowly under agitation.
