Preparation:
1 Weigh phase A ingredients in a beaker. Stir until everything is homogeneous. If necessary, slightly heat phase A to ease the dissolution of Sympare P30 DXS. 2 Weight phase B ingredients in a beaker. 3 Disperse phase B in phase A under high shear (2000 rpm), and continue mixing for 10-15 minutes. 4 Weight phase C ingredients in a beaker and incorporate. 5 Weight phase D ingredients in a beaker and incorporate.
