- At room temperature homogenize A, and before adding B, heat B to 60°C to dissolve the Geogard Ultra;
- At room temperature add C, D, then adjust pH to 5.8 before adding buffer solution F;
- Finally, add the lipid phase G to obtain a bi-phase.
