Preparation:
- Heat PHASE A while stirring at 70 – 75°C.
- Homogenize at 5000 rpm for 5 minutes.
- Pre-disperse the filter into the premix PHASE C.
- Heat PHASE D at 70 – 75°C.
- Add PHASE C to PHASE D and homogenize.
- Add PHASE B to PHASE A.
- Add PHASE CD to PHASE AB and homogenize to make the emulsion for about 5 minutes at 3000 – 4000 rpm.
- Add PHASE C to the emulsion and stir for 10 minutes until complete homogenization.
- Measure pH value and adjust to pH 7,0 – 7,5, if needed.
