Preparation:
- Heat PHASE A while stirring at 70 – 75°C.
- Homogenize PHASE A at 5000 rpm for 5 minutes.
- Heat PHASE B while stirring at 70 – 75°C.
- Add PHASE B to PHASE A and homogenize to form the emulsion at about 3500 rpm.
- Measure pH value and adjust pH to 5,5 – 6,5, if needed.
