Preparation:
Premix phase A and heat at ca. 75ºC to dissolve. Premix phase B1 and heat at ca. 75ºC to dissolve. Prepare phase B2 by dissolving Glucosyl Naringin in water. Add phase B2 to B1 and mix. Heat phase A and B at ca. 75ºC separately and add phase B to A while stirring with a homo mixer to emulsify. Cool to room temperature.
