Preparation:

  1. Add Deionised Water to the Main Vessel. Heat to 70-75°C. Start the homogeniser at 1500 – 2000rpm.
  2. Slowly sprinkle in the Ecogel and mix for 10-20 minutes until fully hydrated.
  3. Slowly sprinkle in the Zea Mays Starch. Mix for 5-10 minutes until fully hydrated.
  4. To a Premix Vessel add Durosoft PG4-L, Durosoft PG4-O, Squalane and Glyceryl Stearate. Heat to 70-75°C.
  5. Add the Premix to the Main Vessel increasing the homogeniser speed to 2500 -3000rpm and mix for 5 minutes. Turn homogeniser off and cool to 40°C.
  6. Add Preservative and adjust the pH to 5.0-6.0. Stir for a further 20 minutes.
