Preparation:
Pre-mix powder in glycerine, add water, and homogenise until fully combine. • Combine phase B then add to phase A and homogenise thoroughly. • Place on overhead mixer and mix at a slow speed for 20-30 minutes. • Add phase C and stir till homogenous.
