Preparation:
- In the main vessel, mix phase A ingredients until fully dissolved
- At RT, disperse phase B ingredients both together into water and homogenize until the gel is clear and smooth
- At RT, sprinkle in phase C ingredient and mix well until the gel is smooth
- In a side beaker, mix phase D at 50°C until clear
- At RT, add phase D and mix well
- At RT, add phase E ingredients to the main vessel and mix well until sparkles are evenly dispersed
- At RT, add phase F to adjust pH and mix well
- Stop at 25°C

This formula has passed 3-month accelerated lab stabilities test and a 28-day challenge efficacy test. However, the preservative system has not been optimized to its lowest effective level.
