Preparation:

In a main vessel, combine phase A, mix until completely dispersed, then homogenize until uniform. Continue mixing and heat to 70-75°C. In a separate vessel, mix and heat phase B to 70-75°C, until clear. At 70-75°C, add phase B to phase A under high propeller agitation. Homogenize for 5 minutes or until homogenous. Continue moderate mixing and cool down to ≤ 40°C. At ≤ 40°C, add phase C. Cool down to ≤ 32°C and adjust pH, if needed.

pH = 6.0 - 7.0, Viscosity (LV4/12) = 5,000 - 10,000 cPs
