Preparation:
- Weigh A in main container
- Add B into main container and mix until dissolved
- Add C into main container and mix
- Sprinkle D into main container and mix for 5-10 min until fully hydrated
- Weigh E-L in secondary container
- Heat both main container and secondary to 80'C for 10 min occasionally mixing secondary container to ensure it's mixed
- Under high speed mixing add secondary container to main container, mix for 10 min
- When below 45'C add M-P one at a time ensuring it is fully mixed before adding the next ingredient.
- Ensure pH is 4.0-5.0
