Preparation:
1. In the main vessel, introduce water 2. Add phase B under mixing and continue homogenizing while heating at 75-80°C 3. Mix until the gel is smooth (at least 30 minutes) 4. At 75-80°C, add phase C ingredients one by one and mix well between each addition 5. At 75-80°C, add phase D (premixed) and homogenize until color is homogeneous 6. In a side beaker, heat and mix phase E at 75°C until homogeneous 7. At 75°C, add E into main vessel slowly while homogenizing 8. Start to cool down the batch 9. At 30°C, add phase F and mix well 10.Stop at 25°CNotes:
