1) Add Carbomer to the water after fully hydrated add remaining Phase A ingredients and mix until uniform, heat to 70°C. 2) Combine Phase B ingredients heat to 70°C. Add Phase B to Phase A, Add Phase C, homogenize for 3 minutes. 3) Cool Batch to 40°C, then add Phase D ingredients, mix until uniform.Disclaimer
