Preparation:
- Add Hydroxyethylcellulose to the water, after fully hydrate heat to 70-75oC and add remaining ingredients of phase A.
- Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75oC. Add phase B to phase A with agitation.
- Cool the batch to 40°C with mixing.
- Add phase C ingredients individually. Mix well under propeller agitation until uniform. Hair
