1. Add Hydroxyethylcellulose to the water, after fully hydrate heat to 70-75oC and add remaining ingredients of phase A. 2. Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 70-75oC. Add phase B to phase A with agitation. 3. Cool the batch to 40°C with mixing. 4. Add phase C ingredients individually. Mix well under propeller agitation until uniform. Hair
