Preparation:

Sprinkle the carbomer in the water and allow swelling for 30 minutes. Weigh Part B. Add Part B to Part A with helice stirring (s=900 rpm). Weigh and mix Part C. Neutralise with Part C to Part A+B. Homogenize well with helice stirring (s=1000 rpm). Weigh and mix Part D. Pour Part D into Part A+B+C with helice stirring (s=1000 rpm). Add Part E and mix well.

Appearance: Colorless limpid fluid gel; pH: 5.80± 0.5; Viscosity: 1600 cps ± 10% Sp.93, 2.5rpm, 1 min, 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 40°C and 1 month at 50°C; Challenge Test Validated Norm ISO 11930 Centrifuge 10min @ 3000rpm and 1 x -80ºC/+25ºC 24 hour freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C
