Preparation:

  1. Combine phase “A” ingredients and heat to 85 - 90C. Mix with propeller mixing.
  2. Add phase “B” and mix until uniform.
  3. Add phase “C” with gentle mixing.
  4. Cool to 45C and add phase “D”.
  5. Continue mixing and cool to ambient temperature.

Notes:

pH @ 25C = 4.92 Viscosity @ 25ºC (Brookfield RVT-C; 10 rpm) = 1,200 cps
