Preparation:
Separately combine Phase A and Phase B ingredients with stirring and heat to 75-80 ºC. Add Phase A to Phase B with stirring until uniform. Continue stirring and allow to cool. Once below 35 ºC add Phase C ingredients individually with stirring.Notes:
